Policies
To ensure that we can offer you the best pricing across the range of our products, we enforce minimum order quantities
for individual designs and total quantity per order. Retail orders must include 30 total pieces and at least 10 units of any
individual design and color. (For overstock, prototype, and manufacturing overrun items visit shop.kikboxes.com.

Custom colors require a minimum order of 75 units plus.

Orders for custom designs and prototypes may require different minimum quantities. Contact sales at kikboxes.com to discuss your project.

Discounts & Promotions
In conjunction with the standard pricing, orders of 400+ units are eligible for our 6% volume discount rate. To qualify for a promotion you must place your order during the promotional period and must meet minimum order quantity requirements unless specified in the offer. Discount offers cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts. Qualifying purchases exclude custom quoted orders, shipping and applicable sales tax.

Ordering / Return / Refund Policy
All sales are final. Orders may be cancelled only within 24 hours of submission to Kikboxes Computer Craft, Inc. If an order is canceled after the 24 hour cancellation window, the customer is fully responsible for the full amount of the order. Rush fees are not refundable under any circumstances. Customer may pay 50% at time of order and 50% upon receipt of order. Please direct all billing correspondence and payments to:

Defective or Damaged Items
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us within 10 business days after your package arrives. All claims MUST be made within 10 days of receiving your order. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless lost or delayed by UPS. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. Should your order contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we will replace the defective parts at no charge. Kikboxes Computer Craft reserves the exclusive right to judge what a manufacturing error and defect is and whether the parts will be replaced.

Indemnification for Manufacturing Reproduction
The customer will indemnify and hold harmless Kikboxes Computer Craft, Inc. from any and all loss, cost expense, and damages on any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceeding that may be instituted against the manufacturer on the grounds alleging that said manufacturing violates any copyright or any proprietary right of any person. By placing an order for custom items, certify that you own the rights to use the image(s) being reproduced on your order.
